My experiments with cooking with ikan/fish.

I bought a fish for supper again. I have no idea what it is called. It had lots of bones and was not very nice. In fact, at supper time I was asked: Is this mudfish? At that moment I had some of the fish in my mouth and my immediate thought was - It tastes like what I think mudfish could taste like - like mud! I decided I needed a book on how to cook fish. So I got myself Masakan Ikan Laut. I keep forgetting to check the language and so I'll have to do this google-translate thing again for the recipe I want to try out. At least I know without thinking that Ikan Laut means Sea Fish.

This time I understood when the guy in Jusco asked me if he could clean the fish. Just as well as I would have totally forgot again to clean it and he did such a good job with the right tools.
