Fish or Ikan


Cooking fish is not my favourite thing to do. I generally don't know what to do with it. I was being very brave to buy this fish. I cut open the stomach and cleaned out the inside and also washed it. It never crossed my mind to clean off the scales as well. 


I added some salt and lemon juice to the fish and baked it in my little oven for I think 30minutes.


I possibly cooked it too long as the fish wanted to disintegrate as I put it onto the plate. End result? Not my favourite. Lots of bones and it had a bit of a bitter taste. I will wait until I'm brave again to try a bigger one and hope it has fewer bones.
