Spinach in Malaysia

As far as I can see there are 3 types of spinach here in Malaysia. Tastes good cooked and raw.

This is Bayam merah. Merah means red, so it is easy for me to remember as there's red in the leaves.

This one is Bayam panjang. The leaves are longer. Panjang also means long. So I'll remember this name too.

I think this one is Bayam putih. I'll have to check on this one. When I google images I seem to come up with this name. Putih means white and it does not match the spinach to my mind. So, back to Jusco to go ask and learn.

  1. In the beginning, you may think you don't want volunteers in your classroom. But, volunteers can be a great addition to your classroom. They can help you with some work, freeing you up to do other things. It is also nice for them to work with kids in small groups, or one on one. Thanks a lot.
